From Residents to Industry Leaders – A Journey of Change
What started in October 2014 as a simple responsibility—managing our own apartment community—soon ignited a vision to redefine residential facility management in South India. During the builder handover, we encountered every challenge a community could face: missing records, zero corpus funds, poor maintenance standards and complete operational chaos.
Instead of settling for less, we turned adversity into opportunity. We introduced future-ready, sustainable solutions that transformed our community—from solar power and organic farming to rainwater harvesting, automation and cloud-based monitoring. The result was a first-of-its-kind self-sustaining model that proved what the right systems, transparency and technology could achieve. This success laid the foundation for our journey.
In 2016, we built our facility management company from scratch with a clear mission: to bring professional, reliable and technology-driven FM solutions to every community. Today, we are proud to be one of South India’s leading integrated facility management partners, trusted by 150+ communities across Chennai, Coimbatore, Trichy, Pondicherry, Bangalore and Hyderabad—delivering excellence, safety, sustainability and peace of mind every day.
